By connecting emissions measurement, environmental markets and execution capabilities, our objective is to help organisations assess, manage and reduce their environmental impact while continuing to provide the financial services, market access and infrastructure our clients depend on.
Our way of working
AFS Group operates at the intersection of financial markets, technology and environmental commodities. Through AFS Energy, AFS Interest, AFS Execution Services and our wider corporate ecosystem, we combine established financial market expertise with solutions designed to support businesses navigating the energy transition. In 2025, we further developed this approach through the expansion of our environmental commodity activities, the continued development of digital market infrastructure such as Viridian, and the introduction of Corporate Carbon Footprint services.
Measuring our own impact
It isthe first year for which we have established a formal corporate greenhouse gasemissions baseline. Our carbon accounting framework follows the GHG Protocoland incorporates Scope 1, Scope 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions across ouroperations.
For 175 years, AFS Group has evolved alongside the financialmarkets by looking ahead, adapting to change and building long-termrelationships with our clients.Today, that same independent and forward-looking approachshapes how we respond to some of the defining challenges facing businesses andmarkets: the transition to a lower-carbon economy, responsible businesspractices, developing our people and maintaining strong corporate governance.
Our 2025 Environmental, Social & Governance Report provides an overview of the progress we are making across AFS Group and oursubsidiaries, and establishes the baseline from which we intend to measure ourfuture performance.
