We offer our custodian services to (independent) Asset Managers and their clients, and to Corporate Institutions without their own custodian depot. A custodian is a financial institution that holds and safeguards the securities, generally on behalf of their clients, or the client of their clients. Since the disappearance of physical effects, this is done in a cashless way, In other words in an administrative form.
We offer our high and low touch execution & voice brokerage services to Corporate and Financial Institutions such as: Private Banks, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Fund Managers, and Family Offices. An agency-only broker acts as an intermediary by executing trades on behalf of clients without holding any inventory of securities or taking on any direct market risk.
Next to Custody and Execution, AFS offers several other related asset services such as back-office processing outsourcing (BPO), corporate actions support, custody for third pillar pension, employee participation management, payment services and internal & external tradability. These services are offered to Asset Managers, Corporate Institutions, Family Offices, Crowdfunders, alternative Marketplaces and High-Net-Worth individuals.
